Return Policies:  

Our customer service department will assist you with your return considering the below:

Claims for damage or shortage of merchandise must be made at the time of the delivery.

  • All claims on defective products must be made to the manufacturer under the terms of their warranty.
  • If for any reason you want to return the merchandise contact us within 3-5 business days of receiving the merchandise for a "written"  R.M.A#. (Return Merchandise Authorization #) For defective merchandise-an exchange will be shipped. All other returns will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge, unless otherwise specified by written authorization 
  • All returns must be in the original manufacturer's packaging in brand new condition and include all packaging material and accessories.  For example: instruction manual, inserts (Styrofoam), plastic bags, and unfilled warranty card
  • All returns must include:
    • A copy of your original invoice. 
    • A note explaining the reason for the return.   
    • When returning items by post, make sure to package the merchandise securely. So that the merchandise will not be damaged in transit. 
    • The merchandise must be sent freight prepaid. Returns sent C.O.D. or "shipping charges collect" will be refused.  
    • Please be sure you insure your return shipment, to avoid any complications.   
  • Warranty does not cover misuse or mishandling of equipment
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances including late deliveries by carrier.

Shipping Policies:          

Prices are noted on each  page. The prices quoted are for destinations in the continental USA. (the 48 contiguous states). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will be more, for the actual price please specify where you live City and Zip code. Buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes or broker's fees.

International buyers: please email BEFORE PURCHASING  No shipments to Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Latvia, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine or Estonia under any circumstances.

Items are shipped by UPS ground F.O.B. Brooklyn, NY.   Upgraded methods are available, to comply with customers’ expedited needs, provided by or UPS’s air service. Please e-mail us for quotes.

APO deliveries are available via US Postal Service (which may cause a delay of a week or two) with an additional $15.00 messenger service fee. Only cameras are delivered to APO addresses.

To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a physical shipping address as we do not ship to Post Office Boxes
